Frequently Asked Questions
You can search for products in two ways:
1) Select an application (for instance, ‘medical’) and a list of subcategories will be shown. Select one of the subcategories.
2) Use our advanced search engine and search by keyword, for example Volt / Watt / base /brand / ANSI code / OEM number /product references / cross references / ……
When you have selected a product, refine your choice by using the ‘Refine’ categories on the left side of the screen.
When you have selected a product, click on it and a new screen will open, showing technical information, picture, data sheet (PDF with specifications), cross references for the product and pricing.
A) The webshop will calculate the shipping costs for you.
1) Select your products
2) Go to ‘MyCart’
3) In ‘Shipping/Handling’, enter your delivery address: City / Postcode / Country
4) Click on ‘update’
5) Continue checking out.
B) If you already have an account with us, simply log in and select the products you want.

Before submitting your order, make sure you have chosen the right payment currency.

How can I apply ?
Register your company as follows :
* Create a business account
* Choose : Inside of the EU
* Fill in your VAT Number
Your VAT Number will be validated real time with the Central European VIES (VAT Information Exchange) System.
After validation of your VAT Number all pricing is for you without VAT.
Also no VAT will be added to your invoice, of course.
All prices shown on proflamps.com are per unit, VAT not included and ex works.
You can select your payment currency. Prices can be shown in GBP / USD / EURO / CHF / DKK / MXN
Currency exchange rates are updated several times a day.
Proflamps.com does not charge extra for small orders. There are no handling or order charges
After submitting your order and paying for it, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
To follow your order online, log in to your account and click on ‘Order Status’, then ‘Details’.
Your account will show the current status of your order. Please check your account regularly.
When you have paid for your order, an invoice will appear in your account. Log in to your account and click on
‘Order status’, then ‘Invoice’. You can now print your invoice.
When your order has been packed, a tracking number will appear in your account.
To track your delivery, log in to your account and click on ‘Order Status’.
Then click on link - tracking number. This will take you to the courier’s tracking page, where you’ll see your order’s delivery status.
For shipments outside the EU, we will send a copy of the invoice to the selected courier/forwarder for customs clearance. Any charges such as import duty or local customs clearance must be paid by the receiver of the goods.
Proflamps cannot be held responsible for any delay due to local customs clearance procedures.
